01

Context and problem

A construction group runs dozens of simultaneous sites, often in dead zones. Field surveys were done on paper then re-typed at the office in the evening, while sensors — temperature, humidity, levels — were read one by one.

The problem

Late re-entry, lost photos, incomplete measurements: site documentation lagged by several days and disputes were settled without time-stamped evidence.

02

The solution

An offline-first mobile application: structured surveys with geotagged photos, automatic BLE sensor capture and deferred synchronisation as soon as the network returns. A Spring Boot back office consolidates everything in real time.

Key features

Offline first

Local queue and automatic conflict resolution: the field never waits for the network.

BLE capture

Paired sensors are read in the background and attached to the current survey.

Structured surveys

Forms per trade, annotated photos, on-site signature.

Site dashboard

Progress, alerts and history consolidated for site management.

04

Results and numbers

What the project changed, measured over time.

100% of surveys time-stamped and geotagged

Every measurement is dated, signed and tied to its site zone.

90% office re-entry

Deferred sync replaces the evening double entry.

45 sites equipped in the first year

A gradual rollout, without disrupting operations.

4.8/5 average rating from field crews

Adopted by crews who are hardly fans of digital tools.

Let's work together

A product to launch, a platform to harden, a team to reinforce? Let's talk.
