Context and problem
A major construction player had accumulated thousands of BIM objects — doors, windows, technical equipment — scattered across internal servers, shared drives and vendor libraries. Every branch maintained its own copy.
The problem
Drafters lost up to an hour a day hunting for the right object, often in the wrong version. Non-compliant duplicates crept into models and triggered costly rework during the execution phase.

The solution
We built the central library: automated ingestion of IFC and Revit files, metadata extraction, instant faceted search and in-browser 3D preview — all served through a CDN to branches worldwide.
